Easy Buttermilk Biscuits
These buttermilk biscuits are very easy to make. I have tried multiple recipes and this one leads to the fluffiest biscuit. Here are a few tips for success.
Flour: Here in the south there is one flour to use and it’s White Lilly
Buttermilk: Find the fattiest buttermilk you can
Cutting the biscuits: I don’t have a biscuit cutter so I just use a pint glass for the perfect biscuit shape.
