Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup flour
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup whole milk
- ⅔ cup beer
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp worcestershire
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded gruyere

Method
- Combine butter, flour, onion powder and garlic powder over medium heat in a saucepan. Cook 1-2 minutes until lighly brown.
- Add milk and beer, whisking until smooth.
- Add dijon mustard and worcestershire
- cook until it thickens
- add cheese and whisk until fully combined
